Collapsible Containers & Add Ons

Triple Diamond Plastics offers collapsible container options with a max capacity of up to 2,000 lbs. The containers feature drop doors, internal grab handles, and four-way forklift access for secure transportation. When collapsed, you can fit as many as 420 of our packaging containers in a 53-foot trailer, resulting in a favorable return ratio. A hinge and knuckle system makes our warehouse storage containers quick and easy to set up. Replaceable fork straps and all-plastic hinges make it more cost-effective to replace runners and sidewalls. An optional storage bottom allows you to collapse dunnage for return, which is good for your return ratio and the environment.

• Container Identification: Identifying what is in a container is essential for good customer service and safety. In the event of an emergency, first responders will be able to know what is in each container and react accordingly. We offer standard and billboard-size placards and I.D. tags.
• Top Caps: A top cap helps keep the contents of a container safe from element exposure and makes stacking and transporting easier. A closed container is less likely to be tampered with, and its contents will be safer during storage and transport.
• Colored Collapsible Containers: The color of a container makes it even easier to distinguish than a large placard. Our collapsible containers can be a solid color, or you can choose to color only the base or sidewalls.
