Chris Beck
Vice President of Sales
Chris Beck has been with Triple Diamond Plastics since the ownership change in September 2022. As VP of Sales, Chris not only oversees product sales but also manages the purchasing of regrind and resin used in production. Chris enjoys the advantages of working in a smaller, more flexible company, where he can help customers “solve their problems” by being responsive, competitive, and adaptable.
Bob Roudonis
Vice President of Business Development and Marketing
Bob Roudonis joined Triple Diamond Plastics in late September 2024, bringing 30 years of packaging industry expertise. Specializing in structural foam pallets and containers, Bob has built strong partnerships and developed innovative strategies across North America, the UK, and China. As VP of Business Development and Marketing, Bob is passionate about rebuilding Triple Diamond Plastics and setting it up for long-term success. Outside of work, Bob enjoys fishing, hunting, and boating with his family.
Mike A. Campbell
Chief Executive Officer
Mike A. Campbell has been with Triple Diamond Plastics since the ownership change in September 2022. As Chief Executive Officer, his top priority is ensuring the safety of all employees while exceeding customer expectations. Mike is dedicated to upholding the company’s purpose, values, and standards as they evolve to meet future challenges and opportunities, a strategy aimed at achieving realistic growth objectives. His favorite part of working at Triple Diamond Plastics is the opportunity to rebrand the organization to benefit employees, customers, and the communities they serve.
